I joined this wiki because: I have a professional and personal interest in more sustainable forms of tourism. I have a management consulting firm called the Tourism Company - www.tourismco.com. I have a philanthropic fund held through Tides Canada (7th Generation Fund) with a focus on Aboriginal ecotourism developments.

My specific sustainable tourism-related interests are: My educational background is in Resources Management. For 28 years I have worked as a tourism consultant across Canada and internationally working in part to develop moreenvironmentallyand culturally sustainable tourism products, experiences, and businesses.

What else you should know about me: I have worked and/or travelled in many countries including New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Morocco, United Arab Emirates, Jamaica, Dominica, Switzerland, China, Indonesia, and Spain. I am a long time member of both the Australian Ecotourism Association and the International Ecotourism Society.
