A savvy hotelier, sustainable tourism, culinary enthusiast, events and marketing guru. Worked for a total of 10 hotel resorts, 4 travel companies and 13 restaurants to date: from Manila’s foremost resorts to pioneering in Boracay Island, from venturing in Singapore to trail blazing across Peru.
